A pile-on of curiosites

The Quiet BW paintings were created as a means to work out some urgent concepts of interest.
1. While visiting the Cloisters I was captivated by the Camel painting, and how it was a "12th century, fresco transferred to canvas, from San Baudelio de Berlanga, Spain." Fresco transferred to canvas?!
2. How some of NJ Transits train's electric signs were geometrically segmented to mysteriously convey every possible number and character using line and curve.
3. A quest to find the tipping point where white (absence of color) ends and discernible color begins.
4. Forensic analysis research to find the exact colors in Mondrian's Broadway Boogie Woogie.
While the paintings were difficult to photograph, the colors will begin to appear if you let your eyes drink in the images.
